Referral Process
Authorized agencies may submit referrals for placement consideration. The referral process typically includes:
1. Initial referral submission.
2. Review of youth placement needs.
3. Program compatibility assessment.
4. Intake planning and placement coordination
Our team works closely with caseworkers and placement agencies to ensure that each child receives the most appropriate placement and support services.

Transitional Kingdom Cares accepts referrals from authorized placement agencies, case managers and social service professionals seeking structured residential care for youth in need of supportive services.
Our program provides a safe, structured environment designed to promote stability, personal growth, and successful transition planning.
We accept referrals from:
Placement agencies, Case managers, Social workers and Authorized child welfare organizations
Youth We Serve
Transitional Kingdom Cares currently serves:
Children ages 6-16. Children requiring structured residential care. Children placed through authorized placement agencies and Children needing behavioral support, life skills development and stability.
Levels of Care Provided: Our program supports the following service levels:
Moderate Care, Intense Care and Intense Plus Care. Each resident receives an individualized treatment plan designed to support behavioral development, emotional stability and life skills growth.
